Financial Analyst in an IT company with international diversification

Responsibilities:
Conducting financial analysis and evaluating the effectiveness of business projects.
Preparing and analyzing financial reports and forecasts.
Participating in budgeting and financial planning.
Analyzing costs and identifying opportunities for optimization.
Supporting strategic decision-making based on financial data.
Preparing presentations for management and investors.
Monitoring financial indicators and key performance indicators (KPI).
Researching financial markets and analyzing the competitive environment in different countries.

Requirements:
Higher education in finance, economics or related disciplines.
Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years, preferably in the IT field or an international company.
Knowledge of the principles of financial analysis, accounting and reporting.
Confident use of Excel; experience with BI tools will be an advantage.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work with large volumes of data and make informed conclusions.
Knowledge of English at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate; knowledge of other languages ​​will be a plus.
Experience with international financial standards (IFRS) will be an advantage.
Ability to work in a team and effectively interact with different departments.
